Overview

At Designer Co., we want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • All product tags must still be attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


How To Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us through our contact page at dcco.store/pages/contact within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items missing original packaging or product tags
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colourway, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
