At Designer Co., we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping — Flat rate, calculated at checkout
  • Free Shipping — Available on all orders over $200 AUD

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.


International Shipping

Designer Co. currently ships to Australia. International shipping to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States is coming soon. Join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dcco.store/pages/contact with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Designer Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
